Refund policy
Thank you for choosing Tradility, operated by Tradility GmbH.
This policy explains your rights regarding withdrawal, cancellation and refunds for our digital software products and subscriptions.
This English version is provided for your convenience. The contract language is German; in the event of any discrepancy, the German version prevails.
1. Type of Products
Tradility provides digital software and Add-ons. The subscriptions are digital services that we provide on an ongoing basis over the term. All services are rendered electronically; no physical goods are shipped, so traditional returns are not possible.
2. Trial Period
Certain Tradility Add-ons include a free trial period of up to 30 days. During this period you may test the product at no cost.
After the trial expires, continued use requires a valid licence or a subscription. Upon activation of a paid licence or subscription, the trial period is considered concluded.
3. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded (date of purchase).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, which is not mandatory.

Please state your full name, your order number and the product or subscription concerned. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the period expires. We confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email.
4. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. For this refund we use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.
If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you will pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the performance already provided up to the withdrawal relative to the total scope of the contract (§ 357 (8) BGB). In the case of an annual subscription paid in advance, we will accordingly refund the portion attributable to the unused period.
5. Early Commencement of Performance
Our subscriptions are digital services that we provide on an ongoing basis. If you expressly request in the order process that we begin performance before the withdrawal period expires, your right of withdrawal remains in place. If you withdraw after performance has begun, you owe the proportionate value compensation under Section 4. You make this declaration by actively ticking the corresponding box in the order process.
6. Term and Cancellation of Subscriptions
The monthly subscription renews automatically by one further month unless you cancel, and can be cancelled effective at the end of the current month. The annual subscription has a term of twelve months and renews by a further twelve months unless cancelled with one month's notice to the end of the respective term. Cancellation is made without logging in via the cancellation button at tradility.net/kuendigung or by email to info@tradility.net. You retain access until the respective contract end. Outside the statutory right of withdrawal, no refund is given for unused time.
7. Refunds for Technical Issues
If a technical problem occurs that prevents activation, download or access, please contact info@tradility.net within 7 days of purchase. A refund may be granted if the problem originates from our systems and cannot be resolved within 7 business days after you contact us.
No refund is granted in the following cases:
expired or unused trial periods;
accidental or duplicate purchases;
incorrect entry of the email address at purchase;
incompatibility on the customer's side;
subscription renewals already processed.
Your statutory right of withdrawal under Sections 3 to 5 remains unaffected by these provisions.
8. Refund Method and Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original transaction. Processing usually takes 5–10 business days from the date of confirmation.
