Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Tradility, operated by Tradility GmbH.
This policy explains your rights regarding returns, withdrawals, and refunds for our digital software products and subscriptions.


1. Nature of Products

Tradility provides digital software, add-ons, and subscription-based services that are delivered electronically.
Since our products are digital and instantly accessible, no physical goods are shipped and traditional returns do not apply.


2. Free Trial Policy

Certain Tradility add-ons include a free trial period of up to 30 days.
During this period, you may evaluate the product at no cost.

When the trial expires, continued access requires a valid license or subscription.
Once a paid license or subscription is activated, the trial period is considered concluded.


3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day the contract was concluded (i.e., the date of purchase).

Please include your full name, order number, and the product or subscription you wish to withdraw from.
We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request via email.

4. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Under § 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply once:

  • the download, activation, or license key delivery has begun, and

  • you have expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once activation starts.

By purchasing or activating a digital product from Tradility, you confirm this consent and acknowledgment.


5. Subscription Cancellations

Subscription-based products renew automatically every month unless cancelled.
You may cancel at any time through your user account or by contacting info@tradility.de

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
You will retain access to your subscription until that date.

No refunds are issued for:

  • partial billing periods,

  • unused time, or

  • renewal payments already processed.


6. Refunds for Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue preventing activation, download, or access, please contact info@tradility.de within 7 days of your purchase.

Refunds may be granted if:

  • the issue originates from our systems, and

  • it cannot be resolved within 7 business days after you contact us.

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • expired or unused trials,

  • accidental or duplicate purchases,

  • incorrect email entry during purchase,

  • customer-side incompatibility, or

  • subscription renewals already processed.


7. Refund Method and Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Processing typically takes 5–10 business days from the date of confirmation.
