Cancellation policy

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to all digital add-ons, licenses, and subscription-based features (“Add-ons”) sold by Tradility GmbH, Moosweg 3, 51377 Leverkusen, Germany.

Our products are delivered digitally and become available immediately after purchase or activation.


1. One-Time Purchases (Digital Add-Ons)

Digital add-ons purchased as a one-time purchase are delivered immediately after payment.

Because the content is available immediately and not supplied on a physical medium, your statutory right of withdrawal expires once activation begins, provided that you have expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged the loss of your withdrawal right at checkout.

Once activated, one-time purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in cases of technical failure caused by us that cannot be resolved within 7 business days.


2. Subscription Purchases (Monthly Billing)

Some add-ons are offered as monthly subscriptions.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting support@tradility.de

  • Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period.

  • You maintain access until the current billing cycle ends.

  • After renewal has been processed, refunds are not available for the current period.

Non-Refundable Renewal Payments

Subscription renewals already charged cannot be cancelled or refunded.


3. Trials and Introductory Offers

Certain add-ons may include a free trial period.

  • Trials allow full evaluation before committing to purchase.

  • When the trial ends, continued use requires a valid subscription or license.

  • Once a paid add-on is activated, cancellation of the completed purchase is not possible.

4. Withdrawal Rights for EU Consumers

If you reside in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of the contract conclusion.

However, this right does not apply once:

  • digital content has been activated or delivered immediately after purchase, and

  • you have expressly agreed to immediate access and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is lost once delivery begins.

For subscriptions, withdrawal applies only to the initial purchase, not renewals.


5. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents activation of your digital add-on:

  • Contact support@tradility.de

  • within 7 days of purchase.

  • We will assist you in restoring access.

  • If the issue originates on our side and cannot be resolved within 7 business days, a refund may be granted.
